For young and old alike, mental health and wellbeing are intrinsically linked - it is never too early or too late to learn how to recognise and manage potential risk factors and actively engage in protective behaviours.

Exploring the power of thoughts, feelings and actions and how to manage them helps support autonomy.   Whether in the workplace or at home, being able to engage in activities and behaviours that support positive mental health, and in turn wellbeing, is priceless.  Modelling these skills to others often has a ripple effect, enabling them to benefit too.
